Brief:

 

  • 3 beautifully designed mirrors designs, oval, rectangular and large convex circular mirror
  • 34 mirrors produced in total, all custom made and hand finished to the highest standards
  • Exact profiles were made as per detailed drawings provided from the designer
  • These profiles were cut to size, treated and hand painted
  • Hand finished painted techniques applied to follow designers requirements; chocolate brown gesso with paintbrush texture grain and Chinese red paint finish, as well as distressed antique edges for the oval mirrors
  • Large round convex mirror had to be specially made and done with larger than is normally achievable with bevelled edges on a circular mirror; we worked with a certain glass manufacturer who could facilitate our requirements
  • Patinated brass hanging bracket fixed to the back and tested for endurance
  • Packed individually and suitably for carriage
